Audition Information

For the first time in forever, this year, we are doing two different types of auditions!

“SCHEDULED, ROLE-BASED” Auditions (during week one) will be for the main leads (Elsa, Anna, Young/Teen Elsa and Anna, Kristoff, Hans, Duke of Weselton, Oken, and Olaf.) There will also be a time slot for people auditioning to be in the ensemble on these dates. Click the date in the “Scheduled” list below to sign up for your slot!

“OPEN” Auditions (the second weekend of auditions) are for all roles (both leads and ensemble). Just show up during the time listed with your forms filled out and ready to go, no need to sign up!

NOTE: please just sign up for one audition slot. If you are interested in more than one of the lead roles, list all desired roles in your audition form, but select the timeslot of your preferred role!

 OPEN Auditions

  • Saturday, February 28, 9-12 and 2-6
  • Sunday, March 1, 2-6

Auditions will be held at:

Liberty Church, 1641 Old Westminster Rd, Westminster, MD 21157

We will be throughout the church, but please come in the main entrance facing Old Westminster Road!

~CHILDREN MUST BE ENTERING SECOND GRADE, OR OLDER, TO AUDITION~

Audition Process

  • Prepare a song – 32-64 bars or approximately 1 minute in length.
    (Selections from the show currently being cast are HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.)
    Please have your music clearly marked. An accompanist will be provided. A bluetooth speaker to use a track will also be available. Singing a cappella is discouraged.
  • There will be a short dance audition.
  • You may be asked to read from the script.

YOU MUST BRING:

  • COMPLETED Audition forms (available below)
  • Sheet music, with selection clearly marked, an accompaniment CD, or an accompaniment track on your phone
  • A current picture and resume (if not written on audition form)
  • Your current calendar to identify rehearsal conflicts
  • Shoes to dance in comfortably (jazz, tennis, etc.)

REMOTE AUDITIONS

If you need to audition remotely due to currently being away at school or for some other reason, record a video of your audition and email the video, along with the required forms, to our Auditions Coordinator, Ms. Elaine Bayarena, at the below email address no later than February 28, 2026.
